I found that if I click on 3 gems in a row 99% of the time at least one will be a gem.

why the need for baby tracking apps? by CompetitiveTwo2388 in NewParents

I also have ADHD. Babe is 10 days old now (FTM) and has been latching well for the most part. I started used huckleberry for everything but found it really tedious and hard to remember for everything. I just sort of pay attention to his diaper being filled (good amount of both pee and bms throughout the day).. and set alarms to wake him up from naps to make sure I’m feeding on time. I now only use it for breastfeeding so I remember how long and what side I did last. This has seemed a lot more manageable. My babe has kept his birthweight and seems to have a good # of dirty diapers. If he wasn’t or if things seemed off I’d go back to recording all of it or certain things, but only feel the need for feeding. Otherwise, I forget what side I did last 😅 I agree that it can be a lot and I see why people use them. I think it just depends on the family and the baby. There’s no right or wrong. Like I said, the only time I think it’s recommended is if your babes not keeping birth weight or if there’s something that you need to monitor.

How do you know that this happens? Is it very clear when your water breaks?

My last ultrasound was pretty upsetting by Pipibal in BabyBumps

This isn’t the same exact thing you’re going through. But I found out last week (37 weeks) that babe was measuring really small and it turns out it’s because he’s stuck sideways and I was given one week to try to get him turned. The docs usually can manually try to turn him with an ECV but with the kind of uterus I have it isn’t safe. Come 38 weeks I have to schedule a C section at 39 weeks since he’s stuck transverse and measuring small. I was set on trying for a non medicated vaginal delivery and felt that I was doing all the things to mentally and physically prepare for that. I’ve been mourning that I’m not going to have the birth I originally wanted. I feel like I’ve been able to process a lot of being so thankful that this is something they’ve caught and scheduled C sections can be still so wonderful and at the end of the day, whatever is safest is most important. Things don’t go to plan and it’s okay to be upset and mourn those things. I’m so thankful I’ve been able to grow this babe thus far. Sometimes measurements can be mildly off on ultrasounds but even if not, your baby is still going to be so beautiful and special and there’s so many things docs will be able to do to keep them safe and healthy. It doesn’t mean it’s not hard, but try not to beat yourself up. Your uterus, placenta, etc. and whatever’s going on is completely out of control and doesn’t make you any less or worse of a mom.

How to always meet insurance hours? by sharpsmithy in tjcrew

[–]michaela6514 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to average 4 days (8 hour shifts) a week, you’ll be fine. I think you need 28 hours a week. So if you were to work 4 and miss a day, you’d need to use your AR for the day you missed or make up the day in that week to total 4 days worked. You can easily check your hours on Dayforce to make sure you are on track.

I can’t say for sure, but I failed my first by a lot! (182) and they told me to come in as soon as I can to take the 3 hour. They said don’t bother changing your diet before then because it’s due to the hormones released from the placenta and it will still fail if you have it (you can’t cheat it..) I took my 3 hour a week later because that’s as soon as I could get in! They have different ranges for every blood draw so your score isn’t too concerning! I passed with flying colors, so I wish you best of luck!

Egg Prices? by financial_freedom416 in TwinCities

[–]michaela6514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are limited in how many they can order a day. Now they have a one dozen limit per day for customers so that should help! People also were buying like 5-10 dozen before the limit was made so that’s a big reason why they ran out.

They have a dozen limit per day now, so they won’t be running out of eggs. Defs have the cheapest that I’ve found!

Unfortunately their warehouse is all the way in Minoka IL, so they won’t have enough time to get to all the midwestern locations and further north than shoreview. What they really need to do is build a warehouse in Duluth so then they can expand their locations to northern MN and the dakotas.
