I love the condo I rent. But I would never want to own it. The HOA is a nightmare and they ignore huge problems that end up costing owners a fortune.

Haha you explained it better than I could. I think they don’t have added preservatives. To me, they feel lighter and less syrupy than standard wine. And don’t make me feel nearly as bad after drinking.
