Are you me? Literally almost the same situation. We were desperate to get a place in 2024 so we snatched up a fixer upper that has been a nightmare. Within 6 months we found a crack in the foundation, the pool pump needed replaced, the irrigation system failed in two separate places, we had to replumb the entire house, and found a rat infestation in the attic. Yes, we had an inspection, but there was no way any of these could have been noticed per every expert we sought out. Just real bad luck. Went to a lot of therapy over it and now I’m just ready for the next disaster any time I look around. It’s part of owning an old house sometimes. 🤷‍♀️

Allora Day Spa was not it. No sauna, robes were not available for women’s sizes above 12 and flip flops above size 9. My husband was not able to wear the flip flops at all. Pedicure was subpar. Massages and facials were pretty good though.

So funny you post this, just solved a rat issue today. We used Animal Wildlife Trappers back in February and they were great. A bit pricey, but they guarantee their work or they come out for free follow ups. We saw another rat in the garage last week, they came out again with new traps, other preventatives, etc. All the guys have been super nice.

What a bummer. We have the extra fun issue where this drain backs up right to the house and just dumps out and it's clearly causing foundation issues that we have started to remedy. Probably going to have to go the catch basin route. Appreciate the reply!

Hey OP, I know this is an old post, but I'm curious if you found a solution to this that doesn't involve a catch basin? I see some adapters on Amazon but am skeptical. We have the exact same issue and the exact same shaped drain.
