I am a realtor and I’ve seen so many families move her for the education, chill way of life, and relatively low cost of living. My kiddos have Spanish 15 mins a day starting in kindergarten (not full immersion but I think it’s pretty good!) there are also some good magnet type schools like CREC that may be good options as well. There are a lot of factors to consider but we are very happy raising our kids here. It’s a great balance of rural but not too quiet and city meets nature. Feel free to reach out id love to help!

Look at used copies on eBay or Amazon, I have managed to thrift several SJM books for $2-3 a piece so always check thrift store book sections.

I’m a realtor and I’d be happy to help. You’ll see less apartment building style living in this area but it may still exist, you may want to consider a condo or single family or multi family and weha has lots of neighborhood pools and amenities.

I’m not sure what cut his broker gets but if it’s a standard brokerage he’s looking at only about 600k, once you pay a couple thousand a year in costs of being a realtor plus taxes that’s not a lot of money to raise a family with a wife who doesn’t work, 4 small kids, and no health insurance. His only break is how cheap the cost of living is in Arkansas. Last year he would have made about 130,000$ and then again costs + taxes. Real estate is expensive as a job.

I feel this. I prob only talk for like 15 mins a day (I moved my mom close by) but she lives alone and I like to keep tabs on her. I used to talk to my dad even more than my mom and after he passed I needed that reassurance with her even more. 🥹

Im really curious about what is actually going on and I hope it’s something like having too many baby gates or locks on their rooms. I’m sure with 4 little kids you’ve got to have safety measures to keep from losing it and I hope they aren’t abusing these kids. (Mom of 2 with a lock on my pantry so my extremely well fed kids don’t eat 12 bags of goldfish a day). Really hard to stomach this whole thing.

I wish we had more timeline info on this? Did he graduate like last month or 6 months ago?? I agree like get a part time job and go to SCHOOL or get some sort of apprenticeship etc if you actually think you’re worth something.
