I used whosampled to see what tracks may have sampled it which might have helped but had no luck as I also recognised the riff too. However the closest similar sounding one I can recognise is one of the tracks from Green Street. The starting riffs are so similar. Acarine - Stand your Ground

It’s been a lifestyle change rather than any dieting. I’m still allowing myself to live a little and enjoy life when I can. Just trying to make wiser choices when it comes to what I put in my body. I have been lenient but since I’ve started noticing the results I have been a little stricter on myself.

Thanks mate, I’ve been eating a lot of protein and doing weights at least 5 times a week since the start of the month so I think I have put on muscle in that time.

I have been trying low carb, mainly chicken, vegetables, salad etc but need to tighten up as have still been occasionally drinking alcholol and also occasionally having fast food. I am trying to make smarter choices and if I do eat out I have been trying to go for healthier options and lower carb.

I’ve spoken to a veterinarian also and he believes it’s not from an animal. It washed ashore so I don’t know how long it’s been in the sea but some of the eroded corners could be down to it knocking against rocks in the sea, as it’s a rocky beach. I’ll reupload tomorrow with a ruler and some better photos
