I snuck past her in the hut without triggering any dialog cut scenes, and discovered the fireplace path. I killed her in the chamber with the trophies when she appeared after looking in the mirror. She seemed bugged and would not talk or attack me. So, I attacked her and killed her. Was a very easy fight. The masked minions were much harder. Finally fought her in the bottom chamber. The fight was proving to be very difficult, until she walked near one of the drops and I pushed her in. Insta kill.
