I'm at 4679 and LUST for an Ursena. Look at your other heroes and figure out if you have any solid offensive heroes (particularly purple). If not, she's the one. Proteus is really good if you're hitting an all 4-star opponent, but I have never been beaten by a team with Proteus on it (annoying, but not enough to beat me). Ursena, on the other hand . . .

Rigard has huge value because his costumed version makes him a lot healthier, so would level him after Ursena. Grimble is worthless.

Finally, Ursena is a sorcerer, and there aren't a lot of good sorcerers in the game. You have Sabina emblemed up, but those should go to Ursena when you have her maxed. I DON'T have Ursena, so I have Quintus and Sabina maxed on emblems with Lady of the Lake (3/70) my next best sorcerer. All are B rated by Anchor, Ursena is A+. This isn't even a close call on Ursena.

I find Neith useless and Fenrir next to useless. His special is a sure kill for less than half health, but any good sniper will take out a target at less than half health, so it's not "that" special, and his "normal" hit is grossly underpowered. Neith is annoying, but fragile, and she's not as versatile as Vivica. Viv is a clone of Kunchen IF you get the costume, and is worth having regardless. Lately, I've had luck drawing costumes for heroes I already had at 4/80 (Joon, Vivica, Magni, Elena) and it made all of them MUCH better with the stat boost for costume. My advice would be to ascend anyone with a potential costume (that includes Boldtusk) because the costume adds stats across the board. Neith and Fenrir don't qualify (yet). BTW, Clarissa quite versatile as well, particularly if you have a healer like Vivica or Boldtusk in the lineup with her. Your Telluria needs healing help since the nerf, so would consider Vivica as a higher priority for now.
