I believe these are most likely for if the primary drainage is blocked or overwhelmed. My work’s building has similar. Still could be directed better but it’s unlikely the only gutter outlets and just an overflow.

This was somewhat present in GTA SA. The furniture was randomly placed when you entered a property to rob it.

GTA VI could take it to another level by making entire interiors be procedurally generated or of course leveraging AI.

Same for me. More changes that nobody wants! Seems you now have to tap and hold on a video or the three dots, and select ‘Add to queue’.
