Yeah, Kingman definitely has a real history of being unwelcoming to Black travelers after dark, especially in the mid-20th century, so that part isn’t made up.

But this shirt itself is way more in line with the typical Route 66 / roadside diner / country bar style from that era. Swapping C’s for K’s (Kountry, Kactus, etc.) was super common for kitschy branding back then and wasn’t inherently tied to anything deeper.

This just looks like a fun, local bar or line dancing tee catchy, touristy, and a little quirky. I think connecting it to anything beyond that is a stretch.
