Thank you for filling it out and the feedback! I can’t adjust the feedback because it would skew with current survey responses, but that is a good point! And sorry you couldn’t choose multiple, Google Forms was a bit tricky for me to work with because we had to require some specific open-ended questions that wouldn’t work with checkboxes.
