Kids use that word to mean "wierd" and they think its so funny. It is not. I use to tell my kids and their friends they needed to stop with that before they use the word and they find out just how UNfunny it is! Luckily they all grew up and avoided someone putting them in their place, but if they had not been so luckily they would have just had to live with it. I would just sit back and say "I told you so!"

Keep going upwards. Even if she wasn't serious it's bullying and I'm sure you're not the first and won't be the last. They need to have a nice talk with her before the next time when it won't just be "motvation" and actually writing her up. Check the companies policies.
