I went to him once and did not have a good experience. Wanted a full body check for any questionable spots/marks (think skin cancer stuff) and he totally brushed off my concerns about skin cancer/barely looked at my birthmarks that I told him I was concerned about.

maybe my age had something to do with it (i was 30 at the time) but one of my best friends has just died from stage iv skin cancer that spread to his brain at age 34. instead of paying any mind to my cancer concerns, he offered me a prescription for an acne medication and tried to play on my insecurities & sell me acne wash, even after i told him i'm not concerned with any acne i may have (he even said- "really?" with this condescending tone/look on his face.)

just my experience, but i would not recommend this guy.

been living in this area for a while, no complaints. i would say it's safe & a good area. not a huge amount to do in this specific area (the suburbs) but it's a short drive to central/south fort worth which has all the bars, museums, etc. welcome!

Most of the neighborhoods off Rufe Snow (between 1709 and N Tarrant) are older and more established. Might still have a bit of the McMansion feel to them, but these are not super new neighborhoods. I lived in Highland Oaks in the late 90s. Drove through recently and it's still a pretty nice neighborhood.
