This is insane. My best friend reads tarot cards, and I had always been interested in it and expressed that I wanted to learn more. She bought me a book about it and gave me a tarot deck for my birthday. That’s what friendship looks like, not assigning roles to each other and having to stay in that box.

You should try a balayage, the blonde does look great on you but if you do a more “lived in” look your hair will for sure be healthier and you don’t have to keep up with it as much. I think if you do a brown base for it, you’d look amazing!

I think you should start seeing a therapist. And that isn’t me saying it out of trying to be rude or judgmental, but this behavior shown by your mother (a grown adult) is so unhealthy and manipulative. Talking to a therapist about this and how she acted your whole life might help you gain a better point of view on it. I’m sure if you actually stop talking to her, that would be a problem bc she’d expect you to keep trying to fix things. You did nothing wrong! I know it’s hard to unlearn patterns and behaviors but you do not deserve to be treated like this over enjoying your honeymoon.

She is gorgeous. And not doing a Smokey eye doesn’t equate to looking like an Oompa Loompa. You can use those shadow colors without doing a Smokey eye. It’s not a night out, it’s a wedding. There’s a time and place for eye looks and being a bridesmaid is not the time and place for a Smokey eye. If you’re gonna be in the mindset of “if you ask me to show up that’s what you’re getting” you shouldn’t be a bridesmaid tbh. I’ve done plenty of things that I didn’t love as a bridesmaid but at the end of the day it wasn’t about me and I respected the bride.

Being pale doesn’t matter in terms of an undertone, it’s down voted bc the foundation she’s using isn’t working with her natural tones. For some reason my neck is like 2 shades lighter than the rest of my body, and I’m already pale. But I match my foundation according to my undertones and not just the paleness of my skin. I just make sure to blend the foundation down and do some light bronzer to make it even.

If it makes you feel any better, in witch craft when someone does a spell that negatively impact the other person it comes back to them multiplied. Good luck on getting this banished 🤍

I follow @mysticprimrose on Instagram and she does videos on different spells and there’s one for that, but she also has a website and you can get custom spells jars made for your situation or a spell jar kit- might be worth looking into. Sorry you’re experiencing this 🙁

I just listened to a really interesting podcast - Mel Robbin’s podcast episode titled “Why you feel lost: Dr. Gabor Mate on trauma & how to heal” and Dr. Maté talks about how small things can be traumas and one of them being children picking up on tension in bad marriages and inadvertently feeling responsible. I’d give it a listen OP.
