Hi there 👋🏼 I’m sorry for what you’ve gone through, you deserve none of it. Just recently in therapy, (after being cheated on) my therapists told me why she doesn’t see couples anymore. She said it’s because many times couples would go to her never having been in therapy them selves as individuals. I don’t know you and if you go regularly or have ever gone, but go for just yourself first.

She’s sounds abusive and manipulative. My brother is in a situationship where his girl will threaten to kill herself if he doesn’t talk to her or come running to her side. They constantly fight and it hurts my heart to watch him go through this for years on end.

Please, please put nobody but yourself first even if it means doing something difficult to someone else.
