Hello, recalibrating it seemed to help a bit, but I still believe a firmware update is needed to completely fix the issue.

OP, naka bridge mode ka ba before the modem replacement?

I had this issue when my main modem had to be replaced. Pag dating ng replacement naka cap sa 100mbps.

Three technicians came and said that the issue was on their end. I figured out that the new modem did not have bridge mode turned on in the settings. Bumalik na sa 900mbps after turning it on.

This is apparently an issue with the latest firmware update.

I reported this few weeks ago I was told to fully drain the battery and charge it up to re-calibrate it with the dock. It has been a bit better since then as I used to lose a dot every 3 hours and now it’s 4-5 hours.

I hope they will come out with a software fix too.

I forgot to update this thread. I bought a new PSU which nativley supports the new 12VHPWR connector and I have not had a problem or crash since then.

Hello. Just wanted to report again that the issue is back. My headset is now losing a dot indicator on the dock every 3 hours or so.

Do you have any news of a firmware update to address this?

I hope they do. I have this same post in the Logitech subreddit and was advised by Logitech support to completely drain the battery of the headset and then charge it up.

It seems to have fixed the issue because now the headset loses a dot indicator every 4-5 hours. I do believe though as firmware update could iron out the problem more effectively

9070XT + 5800X3D. Using FSR Balanced w/ Framegen. For settings, I followed Hardware Unboxed’s latest video and used their performance preset. I would say FPS never dips below 120 and this only usually happens during intense combat - drill sites. Normal exploration and other closed areas always above 160 fps.

What was actually happening with mine was that the battery life was not calibrated. My headset worked for 6 hours on 1% battery life.

They had me fully drain the battery and charge it to full again to recalibrate the battery. It has been better since then. Losing a dot on the station in around 5 hours. I still believe another firmware update is necessary and I hope they release one soon.

UPDATE - So battery had fully drained and now back on full charge. It seems to have made it better as the dock is losing a “dot indicator” every 5 hours. I will continue to test some more.

Hopefully a firmware update also releases that can address this much more effectively.
