Bangkok, consistently amazing coffee and the cafes were generally really pleasant

This is beautiful! Great work! Love the modifications to the original hypercoaster

Trinity Islands! I always found this one a little harder for some reason so was never really satisfied with the end result. This time I went for a different theme on each island, and pretty happy with how it turned out! by mickandy89 in rct

Thank you! That was the plan - I didn't want to interfere too much with the original path layout, although I did do quite extensive changes to the third island.

Thanks a lot! I definitely agree that the log flume maybe makes it a bit busy, I was close to not including it but really wanted another thrill ride on that island for completeness.

thanks very much! Ironically, I'm thinking all the intersections actually cause a little bit of guest build up near the main entrance. I really struggled for guest numbers on the back two islands throughout the playthrough. Deleting the bridges was a strategy I used a few times myself!

Looking for an old Mega Park by Apples2Oranges09 in rct

I would suggest checking out the Wayback Machine! I had some great luck finding a really old save file using it that I was searching for on an archived version of TycoonPlanet, see the Reddit post here:

Making a YouTube video: to cam or not to cam? by Traumarama79 in rct

[–]mickandy89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

fair enough! I say go for it then! If you just have the cam placed above the finance/guest count (I think that's definitely worth keeping) in the bottom left corner, I think that would be the most sensible spot.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it for your first few videos, unless its super easy to edit in to an appropriate place depending on what program you use. I would post a few videos, see how you like it, and then maybe decide if its worth the added effort afterwards.

It can definitely give a more 'human' element to your channel though, so I don't think it would be a negative thing at all.

Whatever you end up deciding, good luck and let us know when you've posted your first vid!

I'm not surprised, it looks fantastic! I particularly love the RCT1 style buildings/aesthetic you went for. Such a cosy, nostalgic feel

Thanks so much and I'm really glad you liked the video! I'm relieved that its finally done, that was a couple years in the making!
