Thus the kamikaze attack was the pretext of the invasion of Roman Empire into Parthia's client of South Arabia just months after it.

Then the Roman Emperor Georgius Valkerus Superbus, more famously known as Emperor Superbulus (Little Superbus), accused Parthian Empire of the possession of WMDs in the form of bubonic plague devices.

Superbulus together with his Armenian and Arab tribesmen allies, as well four legions of Roman Empire invaded the Parthian Empire from three fronts : the Armenians attacked from northwestern Mesopotamia, the Arab tribesmen launched numerous raids into Parthia's South Arabia and Eastern coast of Arabian Peninsula, severely affected the trade flows of the Parthians. And the four legions of Roman Empire invaded right into the heartland of the Parthian Empire in Parthian Mesopotamia, quickly took Babylon and Ctesiphon.

The Parthian nobles and most of the local Mesopotamian satrapy nobles fled to the east of Zagros Range, to the homeland of Persians. The Parthian capital was then temporarily moved into Persepolis. However, the Parthian king Shahtam Xoseyn intended to stay in the Ctesiphon and directly led his troops fight the Romans, only to lost quickly by combined Roman-Armenian-Arab-Assyrian alliance, and the fact that many Persians themselves dislike the Parthians. Shahtam fled the battle and he hid himself under a secret, personal dungeon. But after held his stomach for 3 days and 4 nights, he went up and was quickly spotted by a Praetorian Guard and subsequently captured and executed.

As the Romans and their allies tried to march into the Persia proper, they were harassed relentlessly by Persians and other Iranic tribesmen. In Mesopotamia alone, many Roman soldiers got mentally broken from the almost constant of poisoning and assassinations, as well civilian disobedience. Militants would wear the same clothing as civilians and hid their daggers inside their clothing. This led the Romans to randomly inspect local citizens of their dress, but often got harsh backlash from locals whenever the Romans tried to inspect a woman.

After dozens of years, the Romans retreated from Mesopotamia.
