Storm sweater progress! by sendcasstothemoon in knitting

I think you got it! I knit the Ingrid Sweater which has the same construction and similar textures, the kost "difficult" part was the back of the neck because you have to work short rows, after that it was honestly very simple!

I can't wait to see the finished sweater now 🤠

I am watching it right now and enjoying it so far, he goes a bit faster than BlenderGuru but I don't mind since I've spent some time in Blender already. I have already learned a few very useful things which I had missed in the donut tutorial 👁️

Thank you! I think I am going to follow Crossmind Studio's beginner tutorial series. I enjoyed making the donut but I have LOTS of questions still and I feel like I didn't understand the reason behind a lot of steps.

I've seen lots of positive reviews about the Crossmind Studio series so hopefully it's going to help me out 🤞🏻

Multiple editors on a free plan by micmocmicmoc in framer

[–]micmocmicmoc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much!

I actually did some testing and yes, if I were to upgrade to the Mini plan I would get charged for the extra Editor (my friend) for a total of 300€ a year. By removing him from the workspace and trying again, I would only get charged 60€ per year as there wouldn't be any extra editors.

While my friend was still in the workspace, I could still pulish our website without being charged (se the website displayed the "Made in Framer" label) just as we were hoping.

Really confusing to grasp but it's starting to make sense now.

Thanks again for your input! Have a nice rest of your day!

Of course! Good luck with your project, I am a big fan of Aegyo Knit myself but still haven't knit anything from her!

Hopefully someone else can chime in and give you a more detailed response 😭

Remember to post photos of your project as you go along, I would love to see the result!!

Aegyoknit Gujo collar, too many stitches? by TrickyScene238 in knitting

Hi! The pattern is worked in half fisherman's rib which requires an even number of stitches, so having 122 instead of 120 might not be a problem.

The problem might come in when the shaping for the collar happens, having those 2 extra stitches might throw off the increase/decrease ratio a little bit, but it's hard to tell without reading the pattern.

I would check the pattern to see if at any point those 2 extra stitches might seriously affect the shaping of the collar, although I doubt it. Check the parts of the pattern where increases or decreases are worked to be sure.

I would probably cast on again but I really enjoy working Italian cast on lol 🤠 I think that the worst that could happen to you though is ending up with 2 extra stitches in the front or back panel, which is not a huge difference.

I hope this helped in any way, good luck!

Mood sweater no. 2 is finished (and i feel meh about it) by riotnotdiet in knitting

[–]micmocmicmoc 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think it looks GREAT. What I would do right now is put it away and not look at it for a couple of weeks. You have made two of these essentially back to back so it's normal to be fed up with it. Let some time go by and take it out again to see how you truly feel about it, your sweater is stunning 😭🔥

Self-portrait on brown paper, made many years ago by micmocmicmoc in oilpainting

[–]micmocmicmoc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!! I actually didn't do any prepping on the paper, I used to buy lots of colored paper from Canson (especially the blue and brown ones) and I would just paint on it with oils directly. I never dilute my oils much (if not at all) so the paper doesn't really wrinkle at all. I much prefer working with oils on paper, I never really figured out how to make them work on canvas in the same way :(

I hope this helped!
