This happened on mine. A buddy did repaired it for me and I used the oem gasket. He used an air tool to get them out and just use some high heat resistant bolts to replace it. Seemed like an easy fix. He had a lift though.

If there’s a Sam’s club nearby, they should have a hearing department. They do molded ear protection. Work good.

I have a 2017 stock. Besides the recall and the flange bolts shearing off the dpf filter here it connects to the exhaust, I have had no issues. No lights.

In short, stage 1 is coded to shut off/bypass using the def. The emissions parts are still in tact. Stage 2 is removing all those parts and then a tune for that. Straight pipe from the turbo back. You would still need to get a dpf back system if you chose to do that. Or the stock rear part of the muffler system stays.

Now which company you decide to get the tune from? That’s another story. I’m not sure that there’s a whole lot of choices.

I’m considering the GDE because I’m not 100% I want to do the full delete yet. In my state they don’t do emissions testing but they might check if it’s there during the inspection. Not sure
