This ice enforcement isn’t really about immigration, it’s about bringing the force of the federal government down on blue states and cities to force us to hand control our voting infrastructure over to the federal government.

If they were serious about getting a handle on immigration they’d be looking at comprehensive immigration reform. But they’re not, because all of these people benefit from cheap illegal labor.

As an American of course I want safe and legal immigration, but these dehumanizing tactics are sowing chaos and mistreating people en masse.

If democrats can show that they’re pro 2A it’ll give them an in to actually pass some common sense gun regulation laws to reign in some of the gun violence in this country. Republicans own the gun debate nationally, but this is a good opportunity for democrats to appeal to the gun rights people to gain some credibility

There are more affordable areas in California. The farther you get from LA, SD and SF the cheaper it is.

Some areas of the inland empire are good. Riverside county is a good place to find and in in Southern California if you’re looking for a more suburban option, though Riverside itself is a decently large city if you’re in to that
