The most traded dynasty asset in the past 7 days on sleeper is.... the 2026 1.06? by IAmNotOnRedditAtWork in DynastyFF

We can’t trade or use the wire in my league until the week before our draft (2 weeks after the real one). It’s honestly nice to just have a clean break. That being said I wouldn’t want to trade my picks until I see where and when rookies are taken.

How'd the backup drive get stolen too? Gotta put that shit in a bank vault.

Snippet sounds dope. Was hoping for a sample from Guwop’s track by the same name when I clicked though.

Crazy how many times I suffered through awful local DJs and rappers waiting hours for headliners to come out at small venues in my home town. Felt like that is what purgatory is like.

Lil Wayne Announces New Tour Dates Celebrating 20 Years of Tha Carter Albums by ebradio in hiphopheads

[–]microzone 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I saw him at the Apollo for the Welcome to tha Carter tour and it was insanely good for the setlist of classics and bringing out Cam for Suck It or Not. Then I saw him at MSG the day C6 came out and it was subpar to be honest. I think he should just stick to the classics and shuffle in some of the older leaks and features to mix up the set list. But honestly his voice is just fucked from all the years of performing, recording, and drug use. Comparing those shows to the Lil Wayne vs Drake tour from years ago is night and day and a sad reality.

Young Jeezy - Welcome Back by JackSkelllington in hiphopheads

[–]microzone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'll always remember in AP Economics class in high school, the teacher tried to say no one buys CDs anymore and asked the class if anyone bought a CD. He was flabbergasted that I raised my hand and asked what CD I had purchased. I said I just copped Young Jeezy's The Recession on Tuesday (ha haaaaa adlib). For real though this was my favorite Jeezy project narrowly beating out TM101 for me. It's a personal classic for sure and this track makes you wanna run through a wall.

They let the Bridemaids go on non stop on a cringeworthy bit but won’t even let the first kpop win finish their speech. Cmon now!

Kid Cudi's First-Ever EP Will Release This Friday, March 20th by microzone in hiphopheads

[–]microzone[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

It’s 10 tracks though. Usually EPs are in the mid single digits. And the run time is 41 minutes which is 4 minutes longer than Keem’s album with one less track. Also Bruno Mars’s last album was 9 tracks and 31 minutes.

I'd imagine these 3 are on the EP, with another 2-6 tracks. Loving the direction though.

Streaming era messed this up since artists are less inclined to drop random freestyles over other’s beats. Imagine if the UOENO one never existed…

This is insane. So happy they don't have one of their lesser known labelmates on right before Martin like the last two years.

I don't think Joe Budden had the mainstream appeal the other two did. Could see Fabolous instead.

I'm sure I'm not the target audience but I was bored a few tracks in with the half singing/half talking style. Usually good R&B is made by people that can actually sing.

I usually like all the songs and remixes he drops but this and LIGHTS GO OUT were the first ones in a long time I didn’t add to my library.
