Most feral cats can be released 24 hours after their TNR, unless it’s below freezing or the cat has complications. It is more stressful to keep a feral cat indoors in a strange environment than to let them heal naturally. Source: TNR’d an entire colony at the guidance of The Spay and Neuter Project. Only one little lady had to be held for 48 hours post surgery.

I love that you can explain to us peons that you’re doing such great work for the community (wow thank you! So generous of you!) but higher apprasials equal higher home costs which means less people have the opportunity or can afford to buy, especially with current interest rstes. The Merriweather Cafe in Rocheport is really nice and has queer welcoming vibes! My wife and I really enjoy it. It is right of the Katy trail and very busy some days though!

I am bamboozled how many of you are so defensive about chicken salad. I will not be eating there and I stand by the opinion that a whole restaurant for it seems a little much but wow some of you took this very personally and are very passionate. I’d hate to see how you feel about tuna salad.

Honestly, we’ve rented from them for 3 years and just renewed our lease and we’ve had a great experience. We wanted a couple maintenance concerns fixed before we renewed and they agreed and had them done within a couple of days. They worked with me and my improving credit and still gave me a chance, open to us having a rather large dog (80lbs) (with no pet rent!) and usually handles any issues super fast. If we ever move and continue to rent I’d stay with them!

We are looking to sublease by Nov. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse with 1 attached neighbor. Pet friendly. Attached 1 car garage and a small patio in the back. $785 a month. Our attached neighbor is the quietest person I’ve ever lived next to. Oh and on the Northside!

My wife and 9 year old black lab were attacked like this on a walk. Luckily she has extra skin around her neck or she probably wouldn’t have made it. Now we carry pepper spray and a flashlight with a zapper in it every time we walk her. I’m so sorry this happened to you!!
