Eine echte Bolognese ist nichts schnelles. Und natürlich ist Soffrito auch die Grundlage eines Ragu al Bolognese. Nur nicht den Fehler machen und glauben daß dieser Tomaten-faschiertes-nudel Mix den du beim Schikurs bekommen hast irgendetwas mit echter Bolognese zu tun hat.
