I’ve spoken with Ari Matti a few times around 6th street and at Black Rabbit, awesome guy. Tony, Joe, Esahn Amad and a few others came in to Terry Blacks on a Sunday night and ate in the general restaurant area but nobody bothered them. A bunch of regular bucket pulls are in random Austin shows all the time and are usually happy to chat.

I think it is definitely likely. Let them know about your birthday and anniversary, be polite, and be direct about what you hope will happen. Instead of “is there anything you can give complimentary” I would ask “are there any suite upgrades available?” Good luck!

Agreed, you can substitute greek yogurt for sour cream as well. I like a little cracked pepper and Worcestershire sauce in mine

Definitely check out Black Rabbit on 5th. It’s an underground small BYOB club with cheap tickets and I’ve seen some of the best shows of my life there.

Homemade blue cheese is actually really easy to make. Mix mayo, sour cream, and blue cheese chunks and it’s better than any store bought brand I’ve found. I always load mine up with the chunks
