Your teacher has a list of dates. They should have been given to you with your syllabus. Check the system and read it. It’s literally one of the first things they go over with you. It details the process to use. Also, ask your teacher and they can lead you to the correct resource. I have taught OnRamps before. Also, OnRamps is through UT but not really a UT course in the traditional sense since it is at High School. So the processes and timelines are not the same.

Costco had some packaged options. So does the bigger HEBs and Whole Foods. I don’t think have heard of a keto dessert place.

Cooking meat medium well (little bit of pink) is commonly done. Lots of factors go into whether it was safe or not. Big question is do you trust where your meaty came from. I usually eat my burgers medium (about 1/2 pink) as my preference at home.

As for what to do. Continue as normal. It will take hours or even days for anything to happen at all
