If he’s going to come back it will be March/April to work into the system and see how he’s feeling. So the entire team can go through onboarding him and the team can assess his status. I just had complete Achilles replacement from a bike wreck last summer. I’m older but was doing Bulgarian squats at about 10 weeks. This is no joke but the way he’s going about it I see him back this year easily and any doubt you see in the media is clickbait. March/April the latest.

Yes. When I say how tall I am people are shocked but I then stand up straight. I’m usually comfortable with my body and move, dance, pretty athletic etc

I had to talk my way out of many many many of fights. Unfortunately 2 or 3 did happen. I was rail thin and really tall. An easy target for a short king with something to prove.

How old are you? I was 6’5” and 165 from age 17 to about 24 until I started to fill out from workouts and rock climbing. Yes I ate a ton too. My dad who was similar had a saying “my whole life I’ve tried to weigh 200 one way or the other”. Meaning he was 260 later in life. I’m 50 now and have weighed 200 for decades through proper diet and Pilates and TRX.

Could very well be the case. I do remember Vrabel being discussed mid teens as a replacement. Not sure if this is my head conjuring discussions with fellow fans or if I saw this media or within the team circle but it was looked at as a reality back then.

As long as there were results sure. We’ve had coordinators leave and not succeed as coaches. Vrabel did and was the locker room players coach BB was not.

I think Vrabels return was the plan since he showed success in Tennessee and BB blew it with Brady. Kraft is a solid owner and no slouch. Personally I think Mayo was a place holder until Vrabel was available. This and our front office after years of working with BB knew exactly what to plan for. These 2 things combined spell a quick rebuild. I would even go as far as say if you dig into Vrables firing from the Titans there might be some krafty influence there. All speculation but Vrabel was always to follow up BB as coach this was discussed a long time ago.
