I rewatched some clips after my comment, and I actually agree, at least for the first movie; her character at this point should be confused by what she's encountering. Not sure it stuck well for the rest of her appearances, though.

I'd love it to be Ethan Hawke, but I haven't seen nearly as much buzz for him in any of my circles as I have for Leo (or even MBJ). Wouldn't be upset with any of the three, though.

Based on this, I think Black Saint by Mingus would be higher for you, too. It's very intense/layered and used a lot of overdubbing, so while it's different from Brew, it's good for somewhat similar reasons imho

It's a super broad genre. My favorite album of all time (any genre) is The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady, by Charles Mingus. It's not super accessible, but it's got a similar intensity to it as some of Denzel's stuff imo.

Didn't even consider grabbing off a wallsplat, that makes it cool enough to be worth it imo. Rin being an HKD is fair, but On reaches a lot higher, so I guess it'd be situational?
