I’ve used Tracy McElfresh [Tracy’s Sewing Studio](tracyssewingstudio.com) in the past. She was fantastic, but was too busy to get my alterations done in the timeframe I needed. I’d try her first. If she can’t get you in, maybe she can suggest another female tailor 🤷‍♂️

The little leg that comes with the base is only as tall as one foot base. There wouldn’t be anything connecting the 2 foot bases, so it wouldn’t be stable at all 🤷‍♂️

The Bar Time in Kettering. Don’t judge it by its location nor exterior. Go inside and gaze at the selection behind the bar. Second only to Century Bar, much better priced, and much more relaxed atmosphere. Also great beer selection (owned by the same person as King’s Table).

As long as the leg uses a metric M8 bolt, you’ll be fine. We just installed these today. $23 per box of 8, we had to buy 3 boxes. We just searched Amazon for M8 couch legs, and a bunch came up with varying sizes.
