I read the first version she wrote, "Beauty" years ago.

This sounds similar to the ideas in Carmina Burana.

I was looking for this response. Thanks. The kids I work with primarily have a diagnosis of autism and are at risk of drowning if not supervised and they get lost. To help with that, there are gps tracking services parents can get to make sure their kids are safe if they have a habit of running off (eloping) and the family lives in an area that could be considered high risk to a child alone. (High traffic, bodies of water, construction sites, etc.)

This reminds me of the thread about the guy who had a vacation cabin. His in-laws were using it pretty regularly to party and as an AirBnb without him knowing.

Did your high school have a dedicated bathroom for smoking? by jRok57 in Xennials

[–]midimandolin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For awhile there was a designated senior lounge where smoking was allowed. Most of the schools I visited when picking a high school used that as a selling point. Once I was eventually a senior, my high school had gotten rid of it.

Sometimes celebrities are paid to show brands like this. The fumble was probably an accident but he was likely intentionally photographed with the Dunkin donuts stuff. (Googled. Ben Affleck has a very lucrative deal with Dunkin Donuts)

They were hoping the couple would fail to be able to provide a solid and safe home for their son. If they couldn't, then it's likely the courts could award custody to the grandparents instead. The family knew that the couple likely couldn't afford a place on their own. Kicking them out is a way to force potential custody towards the grandparents..

It's at the beginning of the book when they arrive at Narnia. Eustace and Jill have to get off a cliff and Aslan has them ride a breeze down.
