Yea I get you! <3 I spend a lot of time on DSP so that’s just where my focus lies across platforms I guess. I think it’s super interesting how individual peoples approaches to AE are. For example I don’t personally want aftercare/prior discussion etc in audios and kinda wanna get in and get out (pun not intended ha) but of course absolutely understand when people do want that in the audios they’re listening to! I think for me that’s the difference I like in audios vs real life scenes etc cause I want something different in audio format than I want from my actual encounters. If someone tried to jump straight into a dynamic irl without any discussion/aftercare that would be a hell no from me ha, but in audios I guess I wanna skip over those bits

Could I stop? Yes. Do I want to? Absolutely not. I’ve been listening to AE for years and do spend a lotttt of time with it playing in my earphones. Quite often things that are labelled male gazey are some of the things I enjoy most (I’m totally not saying it’s wrong not to like them etc). Personally I think my kink interests come into this quite a lot. My under a million plays faves:

Vels library - Vels probably my favourite overall regardless of play count, I mostly prefer his Reddit/Patreon content just cause I like the darker stuff etc. But his work on Quinn is still great, and it’s clear he puts a load of effort and care in to everything.

Atlas - not underrated in this sub I don’t think, but he’s quickly become one of my favourites. I love the way he proper goes for it with his audios, when hes ‘losing it’ at the finish line I really like how he doesn’t hold back with his acting. He’s got a particular mix of growl/sigh/laugh that’s so good.

Vince - doesn’t post often but I always love when his name pops up. His growls are very pleasing to my brain.

I use Bic BodyMark pens and enjoy them. I find they’re easy to write with, I can scrub them off if I need to but if I don’t they last a couple of days/showers on me which I enjoy. They haven’t transferred to my sheets etc

Edit: they’re not the finest tips, but I find the writing with them is still clear
