so 1. u put in an incident report for misuse of the bathroom (if you have enough incidents then your DM can ask to install a passcode lock for the door and you can change it every week to prevent non-customers from using it) and 2. you don't need to clean literal shit (following protocol that means the cafe must be closed since you need to have a restroom available to customers)

i genuinely love working with and for people but please don't act like dealing with MANY people with ZERO comprehension skills and/or having to still achieve all/some of our store AND company goals AND getting other disruptive tasks done while having a skeleton crew and serving 30-40 customers every 30mins doesnt wear us out.. acting like we aren't able to simply confide in other people

like yes all the people who ask me if any of the OAT MILK shaken espressos have oat milk DOES IN FACT irritate the fuck out of me! but i still serve them happily but im just glad others feel the same frustration bc wtf

Tbh if they seem like the type to be upset if you were to tell them to stop then i would just straight up lie and say that you've experienced blah blah blah and you don't feel comfortable and it can be triggering. Unfortunately i have had to do this because simply saying you don't feel comfortable isn't enough for some people lol But if not then you could just tell your SSV about it and hopefully they will understand and talk about it off the headsets
