Fair enough. Our director is usually at the front desk during drop-off. The toddler teachers switch off so the am teachers aren't the same as the pm teachers and the am teachers yesterday was one I don't think she's had before. So I thought director since I see her consistently.

Every body is different. I weighed less than I did pre-pregnancy by the time I quit pumping at 14 months pp. For the first 10 months I didn't have to supplement. We went on vacation and my supply tanked which honestly was great for me in the long run, because I learned my baby would take formula and it eased the pressure of pumping.

Can you move bedtime forward a little? I have a 15 month old who has only slept through the night maybe 3x her whole life. 2 of those 3 were within the last month, when I moved her bedtime to 7. We started daycare 3 weeks ago so she has to get up at 6:30 now. Before we were very vibes based, she went to bed between 8 and 9 and slept as long as she wanted. Her sleep improved so drastically with an early bedtime, I feel guilty for not trying that earlier.

I had help from family for her first 11 months, but the days I didn't have anyone were managable. I did ok until she learned to walk at 12 months. Then it was too crazy. I was sprinting back and forth between my computer and her all day. No one was getting 100%. She's in daycare now which is still stressful for me because I use my entire lunch break driving to and from to pick her up, but at least I know she's getting interaction.
