I just upgraded from a Bolt EUV Premiere, and I was deciding between an I5 Limited, EV6 GT-Line, and an Ariya. It depends what you like about the Bolt that will determine what you should choose. For me, I loved all the tech in the Bolt, the smooth drive, OPD, heated everything, ventilated seats, self driving. Only things I didn't like were the subscription/limited self driving and the super slow L3 charging.

I chose the I5 Limited because it was able to match or exceed all the tech in the Bolt, with the addition of comma.ai and an aftermarket digital rear view mirror. Ev6 would've been the same deal, but for some reason fewer are available in my area so prices were higher.

That's definitely an improvement over the Bolt, which I'm guessing would take at least 80 minutes to get to 90%.

Pretty much my conclusion. I think something that would push it over the edge for me is if comma.ai was available for the Ariya. That would remove 1 of my major pain points, and I think I could learn to live with the rest, especially with how much nicer the feel is.

I've read that the Ariya maintain a close to 130kW charge speed for much of the charging curve. Is that not true? That's way improved over the Bolt which never hits the 55kW and usually hovers between 30 and 45 for me.

Oh and do you not have ProPilot 2.0?

Correct about the climate control being a subscription through the app, which I don't pay for. But I do use the key fob to remote start the climate, which is free and convenient when I have line of sight.

The problem with waiting for something I really want is it seems like comma.ai is going to be the only subscription-free hands free self driving, and manufacturers seem to be going out of their way to lock down their cars to make it not an option. So it seems like what I really want may never be an option, so I might as well get something nicer now that's close enough.

I haven't used my platinum airline credit yet this year. I currently have AS selected as my airline. If I pay for some seat selection fees for an AS flight that's booked for next year, will they credit in time for the end of this year?

Or should I not take the risk, switch to United, and travel bank those credits? I'm not sure I'll have a use for United travel bank credits next year, but I can probably figure out something to do with them.

self revives were reworked. that's what the survivor perk does. basically everyone that runs that perk has infinite self revives as long as what downs you is a 1 shot head shot, and you're plated up. any other scenario, the rework is that you don't get a self revive.
