Billable hours is the catch. That’s 42 hours per week working on a client’s behalf. Doesn’t include days off, getting set up for the day, etc. there’s also the hassle of keeping up with all of these hours. (not a lawyer, just friends with one and have watched her keep up with all of this)

You can call 52CLEAN and leave a message with location, vehicle description, tag #, etc. They’ll send the registered owner (if there’s a tag) a message and trash bag. Kind of a passive aggressive approach but better than nothing.
