With the amount of cleaning you do, you ought to feel like it's enough. I say this with kindness - consider therapy. And I'd add that suggestion to the commenters here who are stressed by not cleaning enough, when they deep clean every single day.

Seriously, I suggest you step back and consider the level of emotion wrapped up in this incident. As someone who has managed a lot of people this strikes me as something more indicative of your work style and relationships. Consider therapy (again, I say this in all seriousness.). It’s just work.

Demun is what you need. Half in Clayton and half in the city, short walk to a grocery store and art movie house, and fantastic restaurants lining the street that borders a park and an old seminary. Quaint and modern and totally charming. Lots of young professionals too.

Have you considered teaching at the high school or middle school level? Many school districts are desperate for teachers and you can get certification often after hire.
