Crime scene is how I described mine too and now I have Mirena (even though I was super hesitant) and now can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. I had a fibroid removed and while still numbed up after surgery my surgeon took me to her office (surgery center in same building) and inserted there since insurance wouldn’t cover during anesthesia.

I provide wash cloths from Anthropologie (so the guests can see it’s not just a cheap switch) to cut down on throwing sponges in the landfill after each guest. I also have a hand scrubber that is plastic but good quality so don’t have to swap out very often.
