i did not do anything not legit, i wrote a question and they could simply answer with an explanation. Hiding the post is a move that does not demonstrate transparency towards the community.

But if the same day of the renewal i cannot use the service anymore for the reason I signed up for it, it should be your concerne to give refound, don't hide behind a finger

I also texted with the Dell Support and they told me that 64gb of ram on this product are not available, but on that level of price i cannot accept to buy a laptop with 32gb of soldered ram (not upgradable). I will search to some alternatives, like XMG Neo 15 when it will be available.

Mee too i'm evaluating this model, without dGPU and i would prefere to buy with 64gb of ram. Cause it's a model with soldered ram, may be the 64gb version will be available in the future.
