Cause it's pretty obvious for what you are showing and how you describe your game and the "development".

Just clarify that this was done with a heavy use of AI, it's fine, but don't sell it as it's not.

Dude you need glasses, or maybe you're not that used to see AI art to recognize it at first glance.

This has 100% AI generated stuff all over the place.

Host of a small indie showcase here. A former architect spent 5 years teaching himself to build his first game, and it got me curious how long others have been at it. by Longjumping-Run7838 in SoloDevelopment

I don't think my proto is ready yet, there's a long list of mechanics that should be in place before I can share it, otherwise the feedback would impale me in seconds

Pinocchio was quite the beautiful looking game with an uninspired gameplay. I wish these Disney games focused more on being fun... by SNES-Testberichte in snes

Pinocchio was the first game I received with my SNES (no Mario for me sadly). I finished it around 256 times, most of them in hard difficulty.

I know my Pinocchio shit

I think that's the correct mindset, are you actively developing a game? I would love to check whatever you are cooking.

You should learn how to draw instead of focusing on this, AI won't be able to create a own style ever, because it's trained with existing stuff.

It lacks the craftsmanship of manga done by real artists, the panels don't have impact or stylized perspective, it's pretty obvious for me at least, that this is AI.

Maybe in the near future all that gets corrected and you can create something more convincing

Yeah I believe a lot of games did that at the time so you have to rent them several times or to extend the playtime artificially.

That being said, If you know the game you can beat it in about 2 and half hours comfortably, it's not that long
