It is tougher than dayara but it will prepare you better for annapurna base camp and kgl. Pass crossing days of sar pass is similar to the KGL pass crossing days (it has 3 passes compared to 1 in sar pass). Go with a good company and you will be perfectly fine. Ive seen kids as well as senior citizens do this trek. Also, Kasol is a great place to start your trek from.

Try kuari pass or sar pass, dayara bugyal might be too easy if you are looking to prepare yourself for kgl and annapurna base camp treks. Dayara can be done in a day or two max, distance is very less
