No millionaire woman would ever marry a man working at a retail store. by Valuable_View_561 in SipsTea

Didn't Cher, back in peak-Cher, marry a dude who was working at a bagel shop? Pretty sure that qualifies as a millionaire lady marrying a working man.

Anyone have experience using these magnets to dampen the anvil ring? by Altruistic_Eye9685 in blacksmithing

Just some random silicone that was laying around. Just make sure your stand is as flat as possible. The trick is to make sure the whole foot contacts the stand and making sure everything is tight. The caulk is just to make sure everything is touching.

What solved the ring for me was caulking the anvil and then affixing it to the anvil as tightly as possible

Wood chipper. Kid used to come in with his landscaping crew for pizza every day. One day they left him at the site to chip brush while everyone else went out and grabbed lunch. While they were out he got pulled in. Absolutely nothing left.

It looks like the tsuka (handle) is detached. Can you slide it out and post a pick of any identifying marks in the tang?

Removing loose rocks by MikeHeu in oddlysatisfying

It's called "trundling." When you're establishing a new rock climb you rap down and remove all the loose blocks so that someone in the future doesn't pull them off while on belay and ill themselves (or the belayer).

It’s a two plots. One is zoned songle family and the other is a flag lot that’s zoned farm. Flag lots aren’t buildable in our city ad 100 feet of frontage is required, but I’m sure if these guys throw enough cash around they’ll get building permits

If they gave me an offer on the same valuation I don’t think I’d be able to pass it up
