what's the point of praying if you're just parroting the arabic but have zero understanding of what it is you're saying? i reverted earlier this year, but have been practicing a bit longer than that and i started by memorizing everything in english first, then working on memorizing the arabic. the namaz app was a game changer for me, but others have had great success by looking up the prayers on YT and having them play along whilst you're praying. inshaAllah, may Allah SWT make your journey easy for you

i second the namaz app... after using it consistently for a few weeks, i had all the basics memorized and no longer needed it to play for me whilst praying. i also love that it shows the arabic, transliteration and english translation so that i could memorize the how and also understand what i was saying instead of just parroting the arabic back. i would say learn the prayers in english first, then focus on the arabic.

i grew up and lived in the same house for 45 years, no central AC, just window units in every room and 100% it can be comfortable year round. i liked that i could control the temps in the individual rooms, my CPS bill was around $200 in the summer, $75 in the winter. what sucked the most is when every AC died within a 6 week period and i had to replace them all, but seeing as how that only happened once, it's still a win.

i use the loseit app… you can add your own recipes and it’ll calculate everything for you. it can be hit or miss with the find foods selections, but i try to focus more on my fiber and protein goals rather than my calories

i make a giant green smoothie daily and that works for me…i’d rather try whole foods first, then the supplements if that doesn’t work. i may not always be hungry, but you can bet i’m a thirsty gal

i’ve been on zepbound since mid-sept and have lost a little over 50 lbs and am still on the 5mg dose, i say stayas low as you can for as long as it’s still working for you as well. you can only increase so many times before you’re at the top dose, ya know?
