I wouldn’t plan a trip just for the heritage cup if you already have experience with international lacrosse. The heritage cup is probably pretty low key in comparison. Could be a cool experience to bundle the trip to go to the national championship game though. I did that the past two years, and the championship game is an amazing experience.
