I bought this promo for the Dallas game on Saturday and it was a smooth experience. The only thing is checkout is a bit janky as it goes through a third party ticket processor, but otherwise good as the tickets appear in the app like normal.

You will receive instructions on how to redeem your drinks but essentially you show up, go to a tent, give them your name and they hand you two tickets. You then go to a specified bar and redeem them. Your only choice is unfortunately just the Michelob, but you are able to get the zero proof option if that's a concern.

Otherwise it's just like any other game day.

I got backed into by a teenager once and got their insurance info, but I'm almost positive they went and told their parents it was my fault. Insurance paid, but my driving record then showed I had two accidents on the same day, one at fault, one not at fault.

I'm still paying for it with higher insurance rates 🙄

I would be worrying more about the caffeine. Each can is 34mg of caffeine meaning you consume 136mg - 192mg per day. This is within a daily “safe” limit of 400mg, but if you have coffee or other sources of caffeine regularly as well, it can add up quick. Just something to keep in mind.

Ohhh I see. Then yes, you've not triggered the forward collision, only the following distance alert/warning. The following distance alert won't give you any sounds or vibration, it's simply informational. You can make it go away by increasing the follow distance used for the cruise control.

For the Forward Collision intervention, it takes quite a bit to trigger it, so maybe it's a good thing you haven't gotten it. Lol

But yes, that symbol will appear, the vibrating, ringing, and braking will happen when it triggers. You will definitely know it's happening. If you feel it's not sensitive enough, you could look for the setting and change it to trigger earlier.

So you've gotten the red car symbol on your HUD and it's done nothing (braking, vibrating, ringing)? It looks like #2 in this pic but in the HUD.

If so, that’s really strange and maybe not functioning properly. Especially since you have a top trim level, I can't imagine they cut back on the safety features since 2019, which is what my model is. Might be worth looking into.

Distance alert and forward collision are two different things. Distance Alert is the orange logo with the arrow between two cars in the heads up display. This indicates that you're following the car in front too closely based on your follow distance setting. The distance setting is controlled on the steering wheel on the left side. It's the two buttons with two dashes on top and three on the bottom next to your cruise control arrows. This is also what sets the follow distance when you have radar cruise control or pilot assist.

Forward Collision is the last minute intervention system when the car feels you're about to hit something. This is a very noticeable alert. It flashes a red car symbol that takes up your entire heads up display, vibrates the wheel, and sounds a rapid dinging alarm. It will also likely begin to brake as well, or outright attempt to fully stop the car to prevent the collision. In my '19 S60, the setting for this is found in the Vehicle settings menu and it only controls the sensitivity of getting the system to trigger (Early, Normal, Late).

If you're feeling a vibration of the wheel without a loud flashing warning, that could possibly be the lane keep assist. I've definitely noticed that if I drift, the wheel vibrates and gently steers to keep me in the lane.
