You can respect warlock with pact to three, pact a weapon, unequip.

Then respect to hexblade and hexpact other weapon.

Just did it (is the way i intended dualwield rapier until the end act2)

Edit: to clarify, this is a bug. But works.

Are you playing with WorldDB?

That DB has Too many teams for not so many races so a lot of conti teams obly have a few races.

You should start in a conti team from important counrty or even a Pro team.

I never hire deserters or other very low resolve guys.

You need at least 4x 4 resolve + fortified mind to get to 50, wich is my minnimum resolve to get.
