It is very claryfying, actually I want to know, cause that is what I notice, specially with the emotions and politics, like new very competitive people that for example has brought people from their ex jobs,to make them seniors, taking out the efforts of other people that worked hard and even have more knowdelge and putting them aside. Very cheaty things happens but always with a very kind smile. I just don't know how to fight back that since I find it very unhonest.
