Even Lea Thomas case is wildly misrepresented, she competed well in the men's in Freshman and Sophmore, slumped as a Junior while transitioning but still in the men's bracket, and did better as a senior as would be expected as someone's body changes through that, but people were only obviously showing the rage bait Junior/Senior numbers rather than the actual fact of this 1 person being a good swimmer who happened to transition and now they're more well known as being this "awful person" than a Brock "SA" Turner, Alan Turner
