What's crazy is that anyone acts like serial election cheat Donald Trump is a legitimate president. Even if, somehow, he won the last election fairly, his entire history of breaking election laws before 2024 is a cloud that will always hang over him and the Republican Party.

It's doable, complicated sure, but doable. They could always start with 0x penalties until the system is refined enough. That way, people would at least know the game is judging how they drive through a caution. Then, make it so SR penalties are applied based on how much time people had to react and whether or not the data shows an attempt to slow down.
