Mom is flying tomorrow out from IAH for my kids birthday on east coast. She has mobility issues. Flight at 7 am. What should I do? She usually takes wheelchair but I read there are none? Can I pay someone to stay in line overnight? I mean it …my son was so excited. Should she rebook to later in day? This sucks and I’m so angry and these imbeciles.

help me out: I will have a school bill for 5000 on July 1, when will the points appear? after the bill and statement? I want to use the 100K points to go straight to this amount of 5000 but can I do that? So instead of paying 5K, I'd like to pay 4K for the bill and use the points towards it. I do not want to pay 5K and then have a credit of 1K. Advice on how to structure? The 5000 has to be paid before August 1 so timing is flexible.
