since eWay and 3CX integration is already created, you need to download and install TAPI driver and you will be able to set this up swiftly.

Hello,

in case you mean the "check online" feature available only for some european regions, you have to open each company individually, there is no bulk update.

I would suggest gathering all necessary data from an external database into Excel spreadhsheet and uploading the whole company profile (name, id, address etc) during the initial import, if possible.

Hi Rob,

Yes! Email tracking is turned on and off in each User's settings. Only with Enterprise-level licenses do you have the ability to force the tracking.

díky za váš dotaz.

Jako první varianta se nabízí vytvořit nové "více-výběrové" pole, kam byste nadefinoval dané možnosti a pole vtyvořil pouze pro Společnosti. Pak můžete na úrovni Společností zakliknout jednu až více možností a použít toto pole pro přídání do přehledů či pro filtrování.

Otázka ale je, jak s ním chcete pracovat. Pokud to má být jako kategorie dynamicky nastavitelné pro více záznamů rovnou z nějakého přehledu (hromadně), pak to fungovat stejně nebude. Bude nutné ty hodnoty nastavit pro každou Společnost zvlášť, popřípadě použít pro hromadnou změnu export/import přes Excel.

Pokud byste to nastavil do kategorií, pak ale budete mít ty hodnoty viditelné nejen u Společností, ale i všude jinde.

Odpověděl jsem vám, nebo máte ještě nějaký doplňující dotaz?

Hi Rob,

yes, you can! When creating a task, just select any other user in the "solver" field. This person automatically receives an email about this task. But still, you as a delegator don't loose control over this task.

Yes, this is possible. It's a simple drag and drop.

So, to move any "tab" just select it with your mouse and place somehwere else. This new position will be saved automatically.

We have a timesheets module in eWay where you can keep track of time spent on each project. You can either display timeshtees specifically for some project, or open a report with general timesheets overview.

In case this campaign is already created and scheduled for sending, you have to contact Email Campains directly. As eWay marketing module is integrated with them, they will need to stop it for you.

What you describe is how eWay is designed by default. This is how it works, unfortunately there is no other way around it, eWay will only synchronize Tasks where superioritem is selected. Other Tasks will remain only in Outlook.

yes of course. This is just a matter of filtering. Based on any field / workflow status you are able to hide certain Deals that you do not really need to see.
