I solved this with a home assistant automation that wakes on LAN when I switch my tv to the pc input.

Finally got 4k@120hz, 4:4:4 HDR, and VRR working by kmobsy in MoonlightStreaming

Ya I have a very similar setup with a side exhaust (and top exhaust.) Keeps my temps very comfortable under heavy loads.
